Green RFID

Good question from a customer - "How green is RFID?"

I had to admit that I had no idea. As it turns out, right now the answer is "not great" (although there are plenty of applications where RFID does help improving green credentials). There are initiatives to create recyclable tags but not a lot so far. I'm working what I've found out into a white paper - should it be a green paper - for our web site.....
